PROCESS IDENTIFICATION
FUTURA is able to review and acquire
an understanding of manufacturing processes.
This involves reviewing the components of a process, including inputs, outputs, procedures, controls, actors, applications, data, technologies and their interactions to produce results.
PARAMETERS EVALUATION
The analysis includes the evaluation of time, cost, capacity and quality of the processes:
we are able to analyze the process through static or dynamic visual models,
data collection from start to finish, analysis of the value chain,
end-to-end modeling and functional decomposition.
EXECUTIVE PLAN
As a product of the previous phases, together with the company, we draw up an executive chronological plan, with objectives and dates to be respected.
This plan is constantly monitored and the data actually achieved must be compared periodically with the pre-established objectives.
